SDP Governorship Candidate, Kenneth Gbagi Rejects Tribunal Judgement and Vows to Pursue Legal Options for Justice . Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi FNIM, OON, has rejected the judgement of the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal. In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Gbagi expressed his disagreement with the judgement and his determination to exhaust every legal process available to him.  The former chairman of the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria described the judgement striking out the 5th to 13th Respondents from his petition as "ridiculous" and "laughable".
